Grateful day, everyone. BJ here.
For me, the water has always been a place of meditation. It’s where I can let go of the constant buzz of life and just be. Freediving requires focus, but it also allows me to clear my mind in a way nothing else does. When I dive, I’m not thinking about the next gig or the next business move — I’m just present. That’s the magic of it.

Each time I dive, I’m reminded of how essential it is to find peace in the present moment. Life can get busy, and it’s easy to get caught up in all the noise. But once I’m under the water, I can finally disconnect. The feeling of weightlessness, the slow and intentional breathing — it’s all part of a greater meditation that helps me stay balanced. I come out of each dive feeling more grounded and centered.
Water has always been my space to meditate and recharge. It’s where I can be my truest self, both in silence and in movement. I’m thankful for the way the ocean clears my mind and reminds me of the simplicity of being.
